Exterior Repaint with Trim Repair on a Chalet-Style Home

Paint is a home’s first line of defense, and on this blue chalet-style house the trim and siding had started to fail — peeling paint and soft, weather-worn wood around the windows and doors. We cut out and rebuilt the damaged trim boards, prepped and primed the bare wood, then repainted the siding and trim in a crisp blue that works with the existing stone accents and roof. The close-up shots show the wood repair and prep stage before the finish coats went on. The finished exterior is protected again and looks sharp from the yard.
